Our Approach
Goal Setting
We work with clients to identify and set realistic health and wellness goals. These goals may include weight management, stress reduction, improved nutrition, increased physical activity, and better sleep.
Assessment and Planning
We assess a client’s current health status, lifestyle, and habits. Based on this assessment, we develop personalized plans and strategies to help clients reach their goals.
Education
We provide clients with information about nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other relevant health topics. They help clients understand the importance of making healthy choices and provide evidence-based information to support their recommendations.
Motivation and
Accountability
Cut yourself some slack, would ya? Big wins, small wins. They’re all wins. We celebrate them all and ask ourselves to be grateful for everything we have.
Behavioral Change
We focus on helping clients modify unhealthy behaviors and develop positive habits. We may use goal-setting, action-planning, and problem-solving techniques to facilitate lasting behavioral change.
Lifestyle Modification
We assist clients in making sustainable changes to their lifestyles. This can involve addressing factors such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle choices that impact overall health.
